Accounting & Payroll

• Accounting: Customers provide accounting source documents relating to their day-to-day operations or for specific projects. These are then carefully analyzed by our experienced and qualified team of accountants, ensuring that transactions are properly captured in an accounting software (Intuit’s QuickBooks). A wide range of financial statements and reports are then generated, analyzed for insights and presented to the client to support decision making. The statements also form the basis for the statutory audits conducted by the customer’s independent external auditor, with our accountants providing clarifications to audit queries that may arise.

• Payroll: Customers provide payroll data such as remuneration details, pension fund contributions, loan and other deductions which are posted in a customized payroll processing application.  Monthly payroll reports such as net salaries information to be remitted to employee accounts and employee payslips are then generated and sent to the client. We also prepare and file the monthly Pay-As-You-Earn, National Social Security Fund and National Hospital Insurance Fund returns thereby ensuring the employer is compliant with payroll-related statutory obligations.
